Order Cutoff and Delivery Times
For an order to be quality for Same Day Delivery, purchases must not be declined by their issuing bank/payment method and received prior to 1:00pm EST. Orders will be delivered from 3:00-8:00pm Monday - Friday.
For orders placed outside of the Same Day ordering period, they will be processed during the next business shipping day.
In order for orders to qualify for Same Day Delivery, the item must be designated as available for this service on the product detail page. You must select Same Day Delivery at the time of checkout. If multiple products are in your shopping cart, and one or more of the items are not available for Local Delivery, we will split the order into a Same Day Shipment and a Mail Order Shipment. Charges for delivery of split orders may apply.

We are only able to ship to the address designated on your order, at the time of the order. If you made a mistake, or need to redirect a package, we are unable to accommodate a change.
This restriction is built as a protection to your banking information, and limits your potential risk of fraud.
Due to the automated nature of our order fulfillment process, coupled with our focus on rapid processing and fulfillment, we are unable to guarantee order cancellations.
If for any reason you need to make a change or cancel your order, please call 888-888-2087 immediately.
If we are unable to cancel your order, please let our delivery driver know you would like to refuse the delivery. DataVision will refund your order less the restocking fee of the back and forth courier delivery charge we incur.
Walk-ups and Elevator Access
We are unable to deliver same day packages to walk-up units on a second floor or above which do not have elevator access.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not want to risk damaging your fragile/breakable merchandise while climbing levels of stairs.
In the event we arrive and you do not have an elevator, we will phone your number on the account and meet on the ground level of your building.
Delays / Acts of God
We strive to maintain the highest level of service by offering a Same Day delivery service to our customers.
Though we usually deliver an accurate order, mistakes and delays do happen. In the rare occurrence we are unable to deliver due to an act of nature, such as weather or a state of emergency, a reattempt will be made at the soonest possible time. We are unable to refund delivery charges for delays out of our control.
